All sales are final on personalized items.
If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, you must contact customer service within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Fiddle Stix then must receive the return within 7 calendar days from the day of notice for return to be valid. The original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and the purchaser will be solely responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in original condition.
Fiddle Stix will not be responsible if a returned item has been damaged in shipping or transit back to the store.
If you wish to return your item(s) after 7 calendar days of receiving your order, you will be issued a store credit or gift card in exchange for your return. Again, shipping and handling costs will not be credited.

All gift receipt returns will be honored with a store credit.
